Job Summary LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):

This Position is a one-on-one shift at the patient Home

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in a home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Duties LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal

• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan patient care

Requirements LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology

• Experience in geriatrics, medical office settings, and cardiac care is preferred

• Ability to provide care for patients across the lifespan

• Familiarity with pain management techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
