      • 2nd Shift: +$2.00/hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct healthcare services under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

    • Assist residents with daily living activities to ensure physical and emotional comfort

    • Accurately observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions

    • Promote safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions

    Qualifications:

    • Completion of a nursing assistant course meeting federal/state requirements

    • Active LNA license in the State of New Hampshire

    • CPR certification required

    • Minimum of 3 months experience in long-term care preferred

    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team

    Knowledge and Abilities:

    • Understanding of the unique care needs of the geriatric population

    • Ability to assess and interpret data related to residents' status and adjust care accordingly

    • Strong documentation and observational skills
