Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Employment Type: Contract

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to assist patients with daily activities and provide direct support under the supervision of the nursing staff, ensuring comfortable, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility)
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Help transfer and reposition patients safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Support the nursing team as needed
• Accurately document care provided

Requirements:

• Active LNA certification/license in the relevant state
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
