An established skilled nursing facility in Salina, Kansas is seeking an experienced, licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide exceptional operational leadership while fostering a culture focused on quality care, employee engagement, regulatory excellence, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Direct the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and interdisciplinary teams
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, census growth, and expense management
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork
- Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community organizations
- Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve strategic operational goals
Qualifications
Required
- Current Kansas Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing home administrator experience
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, reimbursement, and long-term care operations
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
- History of successful state survey outcomes
- Experience improving occupancy, quality measures, and financial performance
- Stable work history with progressive leadership experience
