    An established skilled nursing facility in Salina, Kansas is seeking an experienced, licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide exceptional operational leadership while fostering a culture focused on quality care, employee engagement, regulatory excellence, and resident satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
    • Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and interdisciplinary teams
    • Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
    • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, census growth, and expense management
    • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork
    • Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and community organizations
    • Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and clinical excellence
    • Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve strategic operational goals

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Current Kansas Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing home administrator experience
    • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, reimbursement, and long-term care operations
    • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Preferred

    • History of successful state survey outcomes
    • Experience improving occupancy, quality measures, and financial performance
    • Stable work history with progressive leadership experience
