Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000 Annual Salary

Position Description of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) Baltimore, Maryland . This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm.
Qualifications of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
- Provide overall executive leadership and daily operational management of Fayette Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 150 bed skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, Maryland.
- Lead initiatives to enhance quality of care, improve survey performance, strengthen star ratings, and drive resident and family satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow occupancy (currently approximately 90%) through strong referral relationships and effective community and market positioning.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing interdisciplinary leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and clinical excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while meeting or exceeding financial, operational, and strategic objectives in alignment with Hallmark's standards.
