Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities for Vision Center associates, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. (Enjoy competitive compensation and growth opportunities!)

Qualifications

What we need to see from you:

• You have 1-3 years of Optical experience and are at least 18 years of age.
• You're eager to be a manager of people and business,
• Active CA Dispensing Optician license and ABO/NCLE certification. (We'll support your professional growth!)
