Clear & Co. is redefining eye care with a modern, privately owned practice focused on people, not quotas. We're opening our flagship Harrisburg location and seeking a Licensed Optician to help shape a boutique optical experience. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a company expanding across the Charlotte area.
About the Role
As our Licensed Optician, you’ll create exceptional patient experiences through:
\- Dispensing and fitting eyewear with care and precision.
\- Educating patients on lens technology and frame styling.
\- Managing optical orders, adjustments, repairs, and follow-ups.
\- Shaping an intentional, boutique optical experience.
\- Collaborating with doctors and leadership for seamless care.
\- Maintaining accurate records and insurance documentation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate professional about quality eye care and growth:
\- **Active North Carolina Optician License (Required).**
\- Strong technical knowledge and optical skills.
