Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed mental health professional to join our growing outpatient team as a Licensed Outpatient Therapist. This role provides therapy and support services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of youth and their families through evidence-based interventions and person-centered care.
- Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinical setting
- Provide family therapy, caregiver support, and coaching
- Conduct initial clinical assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency standards
- Collaborate with IBHS team, schools, psychiatrists, and other professionals involved in the client’s care
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, play therapy, and trauma-informed approaches
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations (HIPAA, mandated reporting, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT certification in Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic setting
- Knowledge of child development, trauma, behavioral disorders, and family dynamics
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
