This is a great opportunity to join a great team providing outpatient care at a group private practice located in San Diego County, for a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in outpatient therapy services. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with licensed staff as needed, including attending monthly consultations • Assist in the onboarding and continuous training of new staff members • Independently troubleshoot and find effective solutions • Address safety concerns and questions, and provide consistent support • Communicate with the Clinical Leader regarding office and case management • Discuss clinical matters and hiring concerns with leadership • Uphold and embody company values such as Growth Mindset, Work-life balance, Integrity, and Trust • Treat patients both in-person and via telehealth • Additional duties as needed Qualifications: • An active BBS license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required for this role • Provide quality experience in delivering outpatient care • Possess a willingness to work with couples • Experience with military populations is preferred • Must be a collaborative team player • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and respond promptly • Strong organizational abilities are required • A firm understanding and adherence to clinical boundaries • Ready and eager to take on leadership responsibilities • Ability to address both clinical and employment-related concerns • Dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work culture • Proficient in conducting assessments and making diagnoses • Skilled and knowledgeable in developing treatment plans independently Compensation: $55 - $70 hourly
