Be the trusted advisor that review accounts with customers to advise them and protect their families and assets

Develop long-term relationships with our customers to trust you over the years and decades

Become an expert on our agency Customer Retention processes, as well as Allstate products

Job Qualifications

Insurance experience required, must have Property and Casualty license

Strong experience in customer retention is required (not just transactional customer service--- that is boring)

Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and can track their own progress
