What You'll Do

Help members with policy changes, billing questions, and general insurance inquiries

Process policy updates: adding/removing drivers and vehicles, coverage changes

Make outbound calls to members regarding service matters such as upcoming cancellations, renewals, and required documents

Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person

Support agents and teammates to keep the office running smoothly

Learn AAA systems and underwriting guidelines with structured, hands-on training

What You Bring

Active Michigan Property & Casualty producer's license (required)

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment

A positive, coachable attitude
