If you have 2-3 years of experience in being a producer working in an insurance office, you are the right candidate to join our network of Independent Insurance Agents Team. You have full access to Carriers, including those Carriers in niche markets, and full support and mentorship from our Leadership Team and Collaboration with our network of Independent Agents, to help you jumpstart your enterprising future. Responsibilities: • Work with Leadership team to develop marketing plans • Work with Leadership team to develop strategies to grow your agency business • Work with Leadership team to develop strategies for customer retention Qualifications: • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (required) • 2–3 years of experience as a Producer or in an insurance agency • Enterprising mindset with a desire to build your agency • Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude • Passion for helping clients and providing excellent service • Ability to develop and execute marketing and customer retention strategies (with leadership support) • Self-motivated with a drive to maximize earning potential Compensation: $4,600 to $8,000 a month
