We are hiring licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing agency in Salisbury, MD.

This is a full-time, in-office sales position offering:

Competitive base salary

Uncapped commission plus performance bonuses

Total compensation: $46,000 – $100,000+ per year

An active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required to be considered.

What You’ll Do

Close inbound insurance leads (home, auto, bundled policies)

Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and re-quotes

Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close

Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that increase protection and premium

Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize revenue per client

Follow up consistently to improve close rates and pipeline conversion

Maintain high daily activity (calls, quotes, and follow-ups)

Hit and exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)

1+ year of insurance sales experience preferred

Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and working leads daily

Strong communication and computer skills (CRM, quoting systems, Microsoft Office)

Ability to multi-task and manage a pipeline effectively

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
