    Frederiksen & Frederiksen is a 4th generation, family-owned independent insurance agency headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for an experienced and licensed Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our team.

    Role Description

    This role supports our middle-market and high-net-worth family clients by providing coverage guidance, risk management support, and exceptional day-to-day service.

    This is a client-facing service role with no cold calling and no new business sales requirements. We help whoever needs our help.

    In this position, you will help guide clients through renewals, policy changes, claims questions, billing issues, and general insurance advice. We provide the technology, tools, and training needed for you to support our clients effectively.

    Our Requirements for this Position

    Previous personal lines sales and service experience preferred

    Hold an active property & casualty insurance license

    Possess very proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills

    Be a detailed, organized, thoughtful, friendly person

    Responsibilities

    Navigate our clients through the multiple insurance company options we can provide. This includes recommending appropriate coverages and limits, and assisting with billing questions.

    Advocate for our clients with our underwriters to find the best terms our companies can provide.

    Guide customers through the claims process, including working with the claims adjuster as needed
