Responsibilities: • Responsible for bringing new customers into the agency through outreach, referrals, and relationship-building • Expected to grow a network of local partners and contacts to generate leads and build community presence • Manage and nurture client relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction and trust • Communicate coverage options clearly and recommend personalized solutions based on individual needs • Represent the Allstate value proposition in a way that is clear, compelling, and client-focused • Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions and support shared goals Qualifications: • Full onboarding and hands-on training provided - no insurance experience required • Must be motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take initiative • A passion for helping others and a creative approach to problem-solving • Excellent communication skills - professional, respectful, efficient, and compassionate, both in person and over the phone • Strong computer skills required, with the ability to navigate software systems and digital tools confidently • Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes; highly tech-savvy Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
