    We’re seeking a Licensed Pest Control Technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in high-quality work, and values excellent customer service.     Responsibilities

    Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients in accordance with company and state standards.

    Identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions through detailed inspections.

    Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings, treatment options, and preventive recommendations.

    Maintain accurate and timely digital service notes and reports.

    Prepare and organize company vehicle, equipment, and materials each day.

    Install and service monitoring systems, including electronic rodent monitoring devices.

    Apply pesticides and service bait or monitoring stations as scheduled.

    Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and exterior structures for pest evidence and access points.

    Participate in ongoing training to maintain your WSDA Operator’s License and enhance technical expertise.

    Qualifications

    Valid WSDA Commercial Operator’s License required.

    Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.

    Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.

    Ability to carry and operate a 2–4-gallon sprayer.

    Must pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and 4-panel drug screen.

    Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

    Availability for occasional weekend or evening work as needed.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Hourly rate: $27–$35 per hour (depending on experience).

    Additional earnings: Uncapped commission opportunities.
