Job Summary As a Lead Pest Control Technician, you’ll guide and inspire our field team to deliver high-quality service, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold our core values: Hunting Skeeters, Building Leaders, Over-Communicating, Transparency, and putting People over Pests.

What You’ll Do As a Pest Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include:
Train new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and service
Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride
What We’re Looking For
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)
Licensed residential and commercial pest control technician (Licensed in core, 7A and 3 in SC)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Eye for detail and commitment to safety
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
