What You’ll Do

Perform residential pest control services including ants, spiders, rodents, wasps, and seasonal pests

Inspect properties and recommend appropriate treatment plans

Safely apply products according to state regulations and company standards

Use a mobile system to document routes, treatments, and customer notes

Educate homeowners on prevention and long-term solutions

Maintain a clean company vehicle and organized equipment

Identify opportunities to add services or routes while in the field to increase earning potential

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable working independently and outdoors

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to learn technical processes and safety procedures

Pest control experience is helpful, but not required — we provide full training
