About the Role:

Patrick's Home Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Licensed Pest and Weed Technician to join our growing team in Surprise, AZ! Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments including inspection, identification, and extermination

Apply herbicide and weed control treatments to lawns, landscapes, and hardscapes

Conduct thorough property inspections to assess pest and weed activity levels

Develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) strategies for clients

Maintain accurate service records and document chemical applications per state regulations

Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to customers in a professional manner

Safely handle, mix, and apply pesticides and herbicides in compliance with Arizona state guidelines

Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and chemical inventory in proper working order

Requirements:

Valid Arizona Pest Control or Structural Pest Control License required

Arizona Weed/Herbicide Applicator License or equivalent certification preferred

Prior experience in pest control, weed management, or a related field

Knowledge of common Arizona pests, weeds, and desert landscape conditions

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat and varying weather conditions

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a daily route independently
