    Job Summary

    Due to continued growth, Physicians Rehab Solution (PRS) is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position at the Orthopedic Institute of Dayton in Vandalia, Ohio. This is a staff-level role open to full-time, part-time, or PRN candidates, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.

    We are seeking a personable Physical Therapist with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive structured mentorship and support.

    Position Details

    • Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

    • Level: Staff Physical Therapist

    • Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics

    • Location: Vandalia, OH

    • Full-Time Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

    • No weekends

    • No holidays

    • Flexible scheduling available

    Caseload & Patient Population

    • General outpatient orthopedic caseload

    • Patients of all ages

    • Full-time PTs treat an average of 11 patients per day

    • Opportunity to bring clinical interests and develop specialty skills

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Starting salary in the $80,000 range for full-time (increases with experience and qualifications)

    Job Requirements

    • Eligible for Ohio state licensure as a Physical Therapist

    • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

    • New graduate PTs will be supported and mentored

    • Full-time preferred; part-time and PRN candidates considered for staff-level role

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
