    We're looking for a Physical Therapist who is enthusiastic about patient care. You will work with individuals who experience mobility problems following surgery or an injury and assist them in creating a treatment plan. In this position, you will be in charge of putting together individualized therapy programs for patients as well as giving them therapy to reduce pain and increase mobility. Our ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about the most recent advancements in treatment and will have experience dealing with a wide range of patient issues. Why Join Us: • Supportive, team-oriented environment • Opportunities for continued education and training • Flexible scheduling options • Student loan repayment assistance • Health insurance (We pay 100% of your premium) • Relocation assistance • Paid time off & sick leave • 401(k) Contribution after only 1 year of employment Responsibilities: • Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition including mobility issues or injuries • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols • Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient • Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor Qualifications: • This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • Active Physical Therapy license in New Mexico (or willingness to obtain) • Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others • Excellent communication and patient education abilities • Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal and post-surgical conditions is preferred Compensation: $85,000
