The benefits of working with us include: • Mentorship Program : Learn from experienced clinicians and gain confidence • Flexible Scheduling Options : Balance work and life, especially as you transition into practice • Continuing Education Support : Keep your knowledge and credentials up to date • Team-Oriented Culture : Supportive coworkers and a positive work environment • 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance : Your premiums are fully covered • Generous PTO & Sick Leave: Recharge and stay well Responsibilities: • Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments • Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues • Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor • Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient Qualifications: • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • This position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • Some experience working in a healthcare facility or clinic with patients is preferred • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • Experience in evaluating and interpreting patient test results and assessments. • Ability to maintain accurate and compliant patient care records. • Proven track record of effectively communicating with patients about their physical conditions and treatment plans. • Proficiency in utilizing physical therapy techniques to alleviate discomfort and enhance mobility. • Skill in developing personalized treatment strategies using a variety of therapeutic methods. • Commitment to staying informed about the latest evidence-based treatment techniques. • Licensed physical therapist with a focus on orthopedic and movement-related conditions. Compensation: $85,000 yearly
