In this role, you will work closely with individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities: • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues • Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient Qualifications: • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills Qualifications: • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program • Active Physical Therapy license in New Mexico (or willingness to obtain) • Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others • Excellent communication and patient education abilities Compensation: $85,000
