π Position Overview Augustine Angels is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide on-site therapy services at San Felipe Pueblo Elementary School. The PT will support students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), conduct evaluations, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and deliver direct therapy in compliance with IDEA and Section 504. This is a Part-Time Independent Contractor Role position.

π§ββοΈ Responsibilities
Conduct student evaluations and assessments.
Provide individual and group physical therapy services as outlined in IEPs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and logs.
Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting.
Comply with all federal, state, and BIE guidelines.
β Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Mexico (or eligible for licensure).
Bachelorβs degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
Minimum of 2 years of professional PT experience.
Experience working with children; familiarity with IDEA and special education processes.
Ability to obtain federal background clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Experience working in Native American communities preferred.
