Responsibilities: • Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition including mobility issues or injuries • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Collaborate with others in the medical field and seek their opinions • Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient What You’ll Do • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care using clinical reasoning—not cookie-cutter protocols • Participate in weekly meetings and monthly in-services (all paid time) • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates (PT, OT, acupuncture, chiropractic) • Build relationships that generate referrals and raving-fan patients • Track outcomes and KPI metrics—because mastery is measurable • Grow within structured career tracks (Leadership, Education, Clinical Specialist, or Systems Operations) Qualifications: • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting • Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • We require a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Requirements • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) • Licensed or license-eligible in New Jersey • Passion for excellence, teamwork, and lifelong learning • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ownership mindset—treat TRPT as your own career Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 yearly
