Responsibilities: • Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function. • Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist. • Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and wellness strategies to support recovery. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Qualifications: • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program. • Current and active PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage a variety of patient conditions and adapt to individual needs. Compensation: $60,000+
