Join Our Team as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Are you a licensed PTA who’s passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you want to be part of a high-energy, supportive team where your skills are valued and your growth is a priority? We’re looking for a driven, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to help our patients move better, feel better, and live stronger. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with individuals recovering from injury or surgery, guiding them through personalized treatment plans that reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall wellness. You’ll be an essential part of a collaborative team that believes in one-on-one care, clinical excellence, and going above and beyond for every patient. If you're motivated by outcomes and inspired by patient success, you'll thrive in our practice. An Owner's Mindset • You take pride in your work and own your outcomes. You understand that every patient is a reflection of your standards, and you never settle for average. Positive Energy is Your Superpower • You bring joy, encouragement, and fun into the clinic. You lift the vibe - for your team and your patients. A Strong Communicator • You know how to talk to patients, not at them. You can simplify, motivate, and empathize — all in the same sentence. Adaptable & Solution-Oriented • You’re comfortable with variety, change, and curveballs. You stay focused under pressure and find solutions, not excuses. Growth-Minded • You’re not just here for a paycheck — you're here to build something great, improve your craft, and be part of a practice that’s on the rise.
