Responsibilities: • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals • Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient • Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures • Support Quality Patient Care: Work side-by-side with physical therapists to help patients complete their individualized treatment plans. Guide them through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities with confidence and care • T rack Progress Report Outcomes: Closely observe patients during sessions, document key milestones or challenges, and share timely updates with the supervising PT to ensure optimal treatment adjustments • Deliver Hands-On Treatment: Administer therapeutic interventions—such as guided stretching, manual techniques, and equipment-assisted therapy—under the direction of the PT, ensuring each session is safe and effective • Educate Empower Patients: Clearly explain home exercises and treatment goals to patients and families, answering basic questions and encouraging active participation in their rehab process • Keep the Clinic Safe and Organized: Maintain clean, organized therapy spaces and ensure equipment is functioning properly to create a safe, efficient environment for both patients and staff • Collaborate as a Team: Work closely with physical therapists and support staff to deliver a seamless, positive treatment experience. Communication and teamwork are key • Be a Patient Advocate: Uplift and motivate patients every step of the way. Celebrate their wins, encourage them through challenges, and help them stay focused on their goals • Follow Standards Protocols: Adhere to all clinic procedures, safety guidelines, and documentation protocols to maintain compliance and high-quality care standards • Grow Your Skills: Stay engaged in ongoing learning by keeping up with the latest techniques, research, and continuing education opportunities in the PT field Qualifications: • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
