As our demand continues to grow, we are looking for experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Journeyman or Master Plumber at 1 Tom Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while delivering an excellent customer experience for both commercial and residential services. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who takes pride in their workmanship and values teamwork, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions

Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance

Work on residential and light commercial plumbing systems

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company standards

Maintain accurate job documentation and reports

Use company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly

Follow safety procedures and best practices at all times

Qualifications

Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in MN

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
