Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, with the ability to build, assemble, and maintain various plumbing installations. This role requires plumbing certification, mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with hand tools, as well as the capability to perform heavy lifting as needed. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.

What You’ll Do:

Install, repair, relocate plumbing and drains in residential settings.

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality.

Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.

Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.

Ensure compliance with relevant plumbing codes.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

To earn more, you can be trained to build out the whole bathroom, and keep more of the project revenue.

We're looking for someone with:

A current, Washington State plumbing certification (no trainees).

A valid driver's license.

Tools and a truck.

Experience working with local and state authorities to ensure compliance.

A builder mentality who thrives in a startup-style environment.
