    Job Responsibilities:

    Perform plumbing services and repairs.

    Plan and execute all necessary steps for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing water and drain systems.

    Troubleshoot system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures efficiently.

    Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Accurately document and manage billing and invoicing.

    Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish.

    Present yourself professionally and knowledgeably to earn referrals and repeat business.

    Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked company truck.

    Key Qualifications:

    Massachusetts plumbing license required.

    Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing.

    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Proficiency in using plumbing and HVAC software for job management, invoicing, and record keeping.

    Highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Valid driver's license and ability to maintain it.

    Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

    Willingness to work with and learn HVAC systems.

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to lift heavy materials.

    Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling are required.

    Willingness to work on job sites in all weather conditions.

    On-Call Requirements:

    Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and weekends.
