Job Summary
Aniz Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in the community. As an LPN with Aniz Inc., you’ll provide direct patient care, support providers in clinical operations, and help deliver high-quality, integrative, patient-centered healthcare.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice and clinical protocols.
Record accurate patient histories, vital signs, and clinical documentation in the EMR.
Administer medications and vaccines as ordered by the provider.
Perform wound care, specimen collection, diagnostic testing, and other routine nursing procedures.
Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive health practices.
Support care coordination by scheduling follow-ups, referrals, and diagnostic testing.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked clinical environment.
Collaborate with providers, staff, and community partners to deliver holistic care.
Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or community health setting (new graduates with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply).
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Proficient with EMR systems.
Bilingual (preferred but not required).
