Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide hands-on patient care in the Regional Medical Unit at FCF , working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assignments may include the Emergency Room, Long Term Care, Unit for the Cognitively Impaired, and Infirmary.

Schedule : D ays, evenings, and nights , with a minimum of 8 hours and the potential to extend to 12–16 hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality nursing care in accordance with institutional procedures.
• Accurately transcribe, prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments.
• Utilize Virtual Office Ware (EMR system) for patient documentation.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' health status to supervising RNs.
• Ensure patients receive proper nutrition, hydration, and hygiene.
• Maintain a safe and secure clinical environment.
• Follow all facility security protocols and participate in mandatory training.

Requirements

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of professional and clinical experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• Must successfully complete a 3-day medical orientation and security training.
• Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a secure setting.
