Pay Rate: $37.55 to $40.55 per hour

AllMed Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to support Primary Care Services at the Dayton VA Medical Center during implementation of the new Electronic Health Record Modernization system.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake and clinical screenings.
• Obtain vital signs and patient histories.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Document patient information in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate follow-up care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Ohio LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience.
• Experience with electronic health records.

Preferred Qualifications

• VA experience.
• Primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinic experience.
• Experience supporting EHR transitions or implementations.
