    Location: Hilliard, Ohio Employment Type: Full-Time and some weekends Work Setting: Nursing Facility (One-on-One Client Care) Pay: Starting at $31.00 per hour

    Schedule:

    Shifts available Monday-Sunday 11am-7pm

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a client in a nursing facility located in Hilliard, Ohio. This full-time position offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a direct impact through attentive, personalized care.

    Responsibilities

    Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician.

    Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).

    Perform assessments for respiratory failure and seizure activity, documenting and reporting findings promptly.

    Administer medications safely and in accordance with facility and state regulations.

    Conduct range of motion exercises to support mobility and comfort.

    Encourage and assist with cognitive maintenance and stimulation activities to promote engagement and mental wellness.

    Maintain accurate and detailed documentation while ensuring compliance with all healthcare standards and facility procedures.

    Qualifications

    Active and valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.

    Current CPR certification (BLS preferred).

    Medication administration certification.

    Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or one-on-one client care.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Ability to pass a background check.

    Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray.

    Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
