We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) to join a respected healthcare facility in Utica, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical treatments, and support the nursing team in delivering safe and effective healthcare services. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients under supervision of an RN or physician.

Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient reactions.

Assist with daily living activities, wound care, and other clinical procedures.

Record and maintain accurate patient information and vital signs.

Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure quality care.

Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Active LPN or LVN license (New York State required).

Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical experience preferred.

Current BLS certification required.

Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
