Job Summary: NP Modalities is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. This full-time role focuses heavily on patient communication, medical support, and clinical coordination. You will play a vital role in improving patient care and helping patients navigate their treatment plans safely and effectively.

Monday – Friday: In-office, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Lawrenceburg, Kentucky - 1185 Glensboro Road

Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with patients regarding symptoms, concerns, and follow-ups

Perform routine medication check-ins and update doses as needed in the EMR

Complete thorough and timely chart documentation

Conduct lab draws and manage specimen handling

Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous vitamin injections

Support practitioners with patient follow-ups and care plans

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky

Phlebotomy experience required

Comfortable with patient communication and EMR systems

Experience administering injections preferred

Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
