Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Care

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45229 Pay: Starting at $31/hr Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

BrightStar Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for a pediatric client in the Cincinnati area. This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to care for one patient in a home setting.

Position Responsibilities

Provide nursing care following the established Plan of Care

Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene

Support trach, and ventilator care needs

Maintain a safe home environment

Complete required documentation accurately

Schedule

Days Available: Monday through Sunday

Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

(Full-time or part-time schedules available)

Required Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Current CPR certification

Recent TB test or chest X-ray

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Experience with trach and ventilator preferred (training available)
