    We are actively hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a private duty pediatric home care position in Dublin, OH. This role involves one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 17-year-old patient in a stable home environment.

    This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs seeking consistent daytime hours, no weekends, and hands-on experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care.

    Patient Care Needs

    Tracheostomy (trach) care

    Ventilator management

    G-tube feedings and medication administration

    Ongoing monitoring and skilled nursing assessment

    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in the home

    Manage ventilator and perform trach care

    Administer G-tube feedings and medications

    Monitor, document, and report changes in condition

    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment

    Communicate effectively with family and healthcare team

    Qualifications

    Active Ohio LPN license (required)

    Experience with ventilator, trach, and G-tube care (preferred)

    Current CPR certification

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Recent TB test or chest X-ray

    Ability to pass background check and drug screening

    Strong reliability and professional communication skills
