Location: New Albany, OH Pay: $31.00/hour Schedule: Every other Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Type: Part-Time

Overview

We are hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. This is a great opportunity for nurses seeking consistent hours and meaningful, patient-focused care.

Patient Needs

G/J-tube feedings

BiPAP support

Tracheostomy (trach) care

Sensitive skin (fragrance-free care required)

Pet-friendly home

Responsibilities

Follow the individualized plan of care

Administer medications and tube feedings

Perform trach care and monitor respiratory status

Monitor and document vital signs and condition changes

Assist with daily living activities and hygiene

Maintain a clean and safe care environment

Communicate with family and care team

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license

Current CPR certification

Recent TB test or chest X-ray

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Pediatric, G/J-tube, BiPAP, or trach experience preferred

Comfortable working in a home with pets
