Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Hilliard, OH Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour Consistent Day Shift Schedule

We are actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care in a home setting in Hilliard, Ohio. The patient is medically complex and requires care involving a ventilator, tracheostomy (trach), and G-tube. training is provided for nurses who are motivated to learn.

Important: The patient’s mother prefers one consistent nurse to cover all scheduled shifts, allowing for continuity of care and strong relationship-building.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Consistent, long-term case

Job Duties:

Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the home

Manage and monitor ventilator, trach, and G-tube care

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor patient condition and document care accurately

Communicate with family members and clinical team

Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment

Requirements:

Active LPN license in the State of Ohio

Experience with trach, ventilator, or G-tube care preferred (training provided)

Current CPR certification

Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
