Location: Columbus, OH 43228 Pay: $31.00 per hour (weekly pay available) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10pm-6am Position Type: Full-Time

Care Requirements

Tracheostomy (trach) care

Ventilator support

G-tube feedings and medication administration

Ongoing patient monitoring and assessment

Key Duties

Provide skilled nursing care tailored to the patient’s needs

Oversee ventilator function and perform trach care

Administer enteral feedings and prescribed medications

Observe and document patient status and any changes

Maintain a clean and safe care setting

Partner with the family and clinical team to ensure quality care

Required Qualifications

Current Ohio LPN license

Experience with ventilator, trach, and G-tube care preferred (Training available)

Valid CPR certification

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Recent TB test or chest X-ray

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Strong reliability and communication skills
