What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes under the supervision of an RN.

Perform medication administration, wound care, catheter/trach care, G-tube feeding, and disease monitoring.

Accurately document all visits within 24 hours using BrightStar systems.

Observe and report changes in condition promptly to the supervising RN.

Educate clients and families on safety, medication, and care plans.

Schedule

Per Diem / Flexible Hours – you control your schedule.

Weekday, evening, and weekend visits available.

Typical visits last 1–3 hours; mileage reimbursed.

Pay Range: $28–$35 per hour (based on experience and visit type)

Requirements

Active New Jersey LPN license and CPR certification

1+ year of experience (home health, LTC, or subacute preferred)

Reliable transportation within Camden County

Strong documentation accuracy and communication skills
