This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with tracheostomy (trach), G-tube and O2 experience who enjoys building meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a school setting

Schedule

We are hiring for:

Day Shift: 9:00/9:30AM-3:30PM

Coverage is needed Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home

Perform tracheostomy (trach) care and suctioning as needed

Manage G-tube feedings and care

Administer medications as ordered

Monitor and document patient condition and nursing interventions

Communicate effectively with the patient's family and healthcare team

Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment

Qualifications

Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Experience with tracheostomy (trach) care required

Experience with G-tube care and enteral feedings required

Experience with O2 care required

Current CPR certification

Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional patient care

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour

Weekly pay via direct deposit
