Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care (Day Shift) Location: Columbus, OH 43206 Schedule: Weekends , 7am-7pm Pay: $31 per hour

BrightStar Care of Columbus is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one home care for a client needing G-tube support.

Responsibilities

Perform G-tube feedings

Follow seizure protocols and monitor client health

Assist with personal care and daily living activities

Maintain accurate documentation and follow the Plan of Care

Requirements

Active Ohio LPN license (Required)

CPR certification and recent TB test or chest X-ray (Required)

Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (Required)

Clear background and drug screening

Experience with G-tube or seizure care preferred (training provided)
