What You’ll Do

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Perform wound care and dressing changes

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RNs/physicians

Assist with IV therapy and blood withdrawal

Educate patients and families on care plans

Document accurately in electronic medical records

What You Need Required: - Active Georgia LPN license (in good standing) - BLS certification - Strong clinical assessment skills - Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Preferred: - 2+ years of LPN experience (med-surg, long-term care, or home health) - IV therapy certification - Experience with geriatric or pediatric populations
