Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $23 - $24 per hour
• Quarterly Bonus - Up to $2,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Tuesday (10:00am – 7:00pm
• Providing primary care to patients of all ages

Requirements

• Clear and active LPN license in the state of South Carolina
