Location: Grove City, OH 43213 Pay: $31/hr | Weekly Pay Schedule: Weekends only | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Type: Part-Time

Bring Expert Care Directly to a Pediatric Patient’s Home

Are you an LPN who enjoys providing hands-on, individualized care? We are seeking a skilled nurse to care for a pediatric patient in a home setting on weekends. This patient requires G/J-tube feedings and tracheostomy (trach) care, and you will have the opportunity to provide consistent, one-on-one nursing support.

This role is ideal for nurses looking for weekend hours, steady pay, and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care in the patient’s home

Perform trach care and manage G/J-tube feedings and medications (Training available)

Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition changes

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment

Work closely with the family and the clinical care team

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license

Experience with trach and G/J-tube care preferred

Current CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Recent TB test or chest X-ray

Ability to pass background and drug screening

Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
