Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role includes direct patient care, administration of treatments, comprehensive charting, and lab result review support in collaboration with the provider.

Key Responsibilities

🩺 Clinical Duties

Perform patient intake, vitals, and health history updates

Administer injections (TRT, vitamin therapy, etc.)

Perform phlebotomy and process lab specimens

Perform ED Gainswave Therapy and assist provider during other procedures as needed

📋 Charting & Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Complete detailed patient encounter notes

Update medication lists, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions

Ensure compliance with clinic and state documentation standards

🧪 Lab Review Support

Review incoming lab results for completeness and accuracy

Flag abnormal results for provider review

Communicate lab results to patients per provider instructions

Document lab discussions and follow-up plans in EMR

Track ongoing lab monitoring for TRT and other therapies

Qualifications

Active Virginia LPN license in good standing

Strong experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation

Proficient in phlebotomy and IM injections

Ability to interpret basic lab values (CBC, CMP, testosterone levels, lipid panels preferred)

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Prior experience in men’s health, primary care, endocrinology, or wellness clinic preferred
