We are currently hiring multiple Per Diem LPNs to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and assisted living communities.

Your Impact

• Deliver hands-on patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide personalized, high-quality care.

• Perform essential nursing procedures such as injections, blood draws, and catheter care.

• Admit, discharge, and transfer patients according to facility policies.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation.

• Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas that enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a positive care environment.

• Maintain adequate supplies and restock medications and equipment as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

• Minimum 6 months of recent LPN experience (1–2 years preferred).

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Ability to push, pull, support, and lift a minimum of 80 pounds.

• Physical stamina to manage long hours of standing and walking.

• Annual physical examination (where required).

• Negative TB test results.

• Clean background check.

• COVID-19 vaccination and boosters, as required by CMS or state regulations.

Preferred Experience

• Previous per diem or travel nursing experience.

• Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Additional certifications (e.g., wound care, phlebotomy) are a plus.

Compliance Requirements

All healthcare professionals must comply with CMS and local Department of Health guidance on COVID-19 vaccination and testing.

• HCPs not up to date on vaccination doses may be required to undergo weekly testing and comply with mask mandates.

• All HCPs may be subject to regular COVID-19 symptom screenings, including temperature and symptom checks.
